Job summary

Venus Aerospace in Houston, TX seeks a Facility Maintenance and Automation Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated CNC systems, enhancing production uptime. You will perform PM tasks, diagnose faults, and document work in CMMS while ensuring safe, reliable operations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of facility maintenance experience, CNC PM/repair know-how, and CMMS skills. The role is site-based with full-time hours and potential overtime. ITAR compliance applies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of facility maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• CNC machine preventive maintenance and repair experience.
• CMMS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on automated CNC machines.
• Execute scheduled PM tasks and checks to keep equipment in spec.
• Diagnose faults and perform corrective repairs to restore uptime.
• Record maintenance history and parts used in CMMS.
• Coordinate with production to minimize disruption.
