Job summary

CMI Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Facility Maintenance Tech for a full-time, day shift role. The position focuses on facilities maintenance across a high-demand environment with hands-on tasks such as electrical fixes, lighting replacements, basic plumbing, and preventative upkeep.

The role requires basic mechanical skills, experience with hand and industrial tools, and a strong work ethic. Candidates must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for most of the shift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

Facilities maintenance

• A/C’s typical routines
• Installations or factory needs
• Electrical fixes, and lighting replacements
• Basic Plumbing
• Roof leaks
• Preventative Maintenance
• Facility Upkeep
• General maintenance

Basic Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical skills
• Knowledge of hand tools and industrial tools
• Experience with electrical, mechanical and plumbing preferred
• Strong work ethic and self motivated
• Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects, up to 35 lbs. More with assistance.
• Ability to stand or walk the majority of the shift. Bend, kneel, stoop, squat as needed for tasks.
