Champion Personnel seeks an experienced Facilities Maintenance & Landscaping Technician for a steel manufacturing site in Cleveland, OH. The role covers building grounds, seasonal snow removal, and upkeep of multiple properties, indoors and outdoors year-round.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on maintenance skills, reliable work ethic, and the ability to handle diverse tasks, overtime, and weekend hours when weather demands. DIRECT HIRE, $30/hr, first shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, property, or building maintenance.
• Ability to operate snowplows and lawn maintenance equipment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work independently, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain four commercial and residential properties in good condition.
• Operate snowplow trucks and perform snow removal.
• Mow lawns using riding and push mowers.
• Perform interior and exterior painting projects.
• Replace ceiling tiles and light bulbs; fix fixtures.
• Keep shops, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized.
• Support additional property maintenance projects as needed.
