Job summary

Jasper Engines & Transmissions is seeking a dedicated janitorial associate for the Crawford Facility. The role involves cleaning and maintaining bathrooms, breakrooms, and production areas on a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30am to 3:00pm, with overtime opportunities.

You will sweep, mop, wipe surfaces, sanitize, stock supplies, and occasionally operate a powered floor scrubber. The position offers a starting pay of $20.00 per hour, with multiple wage increases through quarterly performance

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand or walk for 8–10 hours per shift.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sweep, mop, wipe surfaces, and sanitize bathrooms, breakrooms and production areas.
• Stock supplies and maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Operate a powered walk-behind floor scrubber as needed.
