Join to apply for the Facility Install Technician role at AMP.

AMP is hiring a Facility Install Technician reporting to the Director of PMO. This position is based out of our Louisville, Colorado Headquarters with significant travel, focusing on mechanical installation efforts in our AMP systems.

As a Facility Install Technician, your responsibilities include:

1. Conducting installation or equipment replacement according to installation drawings
2. Operating various lifting equipment
3. Installing standard and specialized equipment
4. Attaching parts using bolting, welding, and oxy-cutting
5. Welding parts following assembly instructions

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Requirements:

• Technical knowledge in hydraulic, mechanical, electric, and control systems
• Ability to read plans and drawings
• Organized, detail-oriented, responsible
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with field electrical tools
• Familiar with electrical and mechanical drawings
• Problem-solving skills and creativity
• Personable demeanor for interacting with contractors and coworkers
• Ability to work independently or in a team

• Flexible hours and frequent travel (up to 80%)

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: 3+ years relevant professional experience

Physical Demands:

• Frequent standing, walking, handling, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing
• Lift/move up to 45 pounds
• Visual requirements include close, peripheral, depth perception, color recognition

Locations: AMP Headquarters in Louisville, CO, or remote when not traveling

Travel: Up to 80% or more depending on projects
