POSITION PURPOSE
Under supervision of the Facility Manager, ensure facilities are well-cared for, safe, and adequate to support business operations.
Minimal travel required. Drivers must have valid license, insurance, registration, a clean driving record, and ability to drive locally.
Experience/Knowledge: Experience in maintenance, grounds, or custodial work or on-the-job training acceptable.
Skills/Abilities: Effective communication, organizational skills, basic computer skills, multitasking, reading and interpreting documents, applying instructions, problem-solving.
