Facility Housekeeper Responsibilities:

• Cleaning tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping in storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
• Disposing of trash
• Maintaining and tracking cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed
• Performing other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills
• Willingness to learn
• Self-motivated

Work Environment:

The role involves moderate risks requiring safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, fumes, or chemicals. Protective clothing or gear like masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be necessary.

Physical Demands:

Requires physical exertion, including standing for long periods, outdoor movement, reaching at various heights, and moving equipment weighing up to 50 lbs, assisted or unassisted.
