Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our community in Clackamas, Oregon. You’ll perform maintenance tasks across apartments and amenities, including light appliance repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping, working as part of a team to uphold quality standards.

You’ll need a valid driver's license, a good driving record, current auto insurance, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and janitorial tasks.
• Maintain amenity spaces and grounds; ensure property is clean, safe, and appealing.
• Attend morning staff meetings to communicate vendor appointments and required work.
• Move heavy objects and may drive maintenance trucks between property locations.
• Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs.
