Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, based in Oregon, is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician at our Clackamas community. You will perform light repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping and janitorial tasks to keep our properties well maintained.

You will work with a team to meet quality standards, attend daily briefings, and support management with maintenance projects. A valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Good driving record and the ability to operate well around a residential property.
• Willingness to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure amenity spaces are well maintained and working.
• Maintain grounds free of trash and debris.
• Collaborate with management to keep property clean, safe and appealing.
• Attend morning staff meetings to communicate daily tasks.
• Communicate with other staff on special maintenance projects.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform repairs as needed.
• Move heavy objects and may drive maintenance trucks on site.
• Monitor inventory and supplies; assist with miscellaneous duties as assigned.
