OCD Anxiety Centers in Sherman Oaks, CA, seeks a Facility Coordinator to manage non-clinical operations, front-office flow, and facility readiness. You will support client experience, audits, and vendor coordination while partnering with Program Director and Clinical Operations leadership.

The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, and the ability to maintain a welcoming environment for clients and staff. Day shift, full-time position in a behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two+ years in medical office/front-office operations preferred.
• Ability to use EHR, scheduling systems, and office equipment.
• Experience supervising or training front-office staff preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front-office operations, reception standards, and daily administrative flow.
• Coordinate supplies, maintenance, vendor visits, cleaning, and facility-readiness tasks.
• Support Program Director with facility KPIs, audits, meeting materials, and follow-up tracking.
• Train and support Front Desk staff on customer service, confidentiality, and procedures.
• Maintain environment-of-care readiness, postings, evacuation materials, and compliance evidence.
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities, Billing, Admissions, HR, Revenue Cycle, and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
