Job summary

The Kroger store in Phoenix is seeking a maintenance plumber to perform drainage cleaning, valve repairs, water heater work, and related tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean drains, repair and replace valves in toilets, and service commercial water heaters and related plumbing tasks.
• Complete and submit accurate time reporting and vehicle inventory using company systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance in assigned stores at least twice per year.
• Ensure maintenance expenses meet annual budget guidelines by account code.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Job description

Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for cleaning drains, valve repair and replacements in toilets, repair and install commercial water heaters, and other minimal tasksassociated with plumbing.

Complete and submit accurate reporting of time reporting and vehicle inventory by scheduled dates via company computer programs.

Perform preventive maintenance in assigned stores at least twice per year.

Ensure maintenance expense (by Account Code) in assigned stores meet annual budgetary guidelines.

Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Desired Previous Job Experience:
