Job summary

Kroger in Madison, WI is seeking an electrically inclined service technician to support and repair store systems. You will drive to assigned stores daily, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical issues, and document repairs accurately.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, safely operating vehicles and equipment, and coordinating with store personnel. A valid driver's license and basic MS Office knowledge are required, with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational school certification or 1 year electrical experience.
• Valid driver’s license and basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Drive independently to stores as assigned on a daily basis.
• Assist with minor preventive maintenance tasks and audits.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical system issues.
• Maintain inventory of parts and operate equipment safely.
• Complete repair, labor, parts purchasing and usage documentation promptly.
