Avenues Recovery Center in Indianapolis is hiring Facility Drivers for our Detox and Residential facility. You will transport clients for admit, discharge and appointments, collect documents, and support the care team while maintaining the vehicle.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience in treatment industry preferred.
Current and valid state driver’s license.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Dignified, respectable character which reflects recovery principles.
Extensive knowledge of all motor vehicle laws.

Responsibilities

Monitor transportation schedule and safely transport clients for admit, discharge and appointments.
Collect and deliver external appointment documentation and lab specimens as necessary.
Engage clients on peer support level during transport, and assist with any luggage.
Ensure vehicle is well-maintained, fully fueled, and ready for use at all times.
Assist with custodial and maintenance duties while not actively engaged in transport.

Now Hiring Facility Drivers for our newest Detox and Residential treatment facility in Indianapolis, IN.

What You'll Do

Collect and deliver all external appointment documentation and lab specimens as necessary
Engage clients on peer support level during transport, and assist with any luggage
Ensure vehicle is well-maintained, fully fueled, and ready for use at all times

What We're Looking For
