Job summary

Hillside Plaza in Cleveland, OH is seeking Facility Drivers to transport residents to appointments and activities with safety and compassion. This full-time role welcomes rideshare drivers and retirees, offering flexible scheduling and paid training to help you drive with purpose.

You’ll participate in a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on community care, growth in skilled nursing, assisted living, rehab, long-term care, and hospice settings.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Ohio driver’s license and at least 2 years of driving experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass required checks.

• Keep rides comfortable, secure and friendly.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely transport our amazing residents to appointments and outings
• Keep the ride comfy, secure, and friendly
• Chat, smile, and be a bright spot in someone’s day

What You’ll Need:

• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with 2 years minimum of experience
• CPR & First Aid certification (we’ll help you get it!)
• Clean driving record and ability to pass the Passenger Assistance course.
• STNA license? Awesome—and not required!
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and physical exam
