Job summary

Pleasantview Care Center in Parma, OH is seeking compassionate Facility Drivers to transport residents safely to appointments and activities. This role is ideal for experienced rideshare drivers or retirees who want steady hours and meaningful work.

You’ll build relationships with residents, maintain a comfortable ride, and join a supportive team. We provide paid training, opportunities for certification, and a chance to make a real difference every day.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio driver's license with 2 years of driving experience.
• CPR & First Aid certification (we’ll help you obtain it).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass Passenger Assistance course.
• STNA license is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to appointments and activities.
• Keep vehicles comfortable, secure, and friendly.
• Chat, smile, and be a positive presence for residents.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely transport our amazing residents to appointments and outings

What You’ll Need:

• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with 2 years minimum of experience
• CPR & First Aid certification (we’ll help you get it!)

• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and physical exam
