Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC in New Mexico is seeking a facilities operations leader to manage daily operations across Albuquerque and Los Lunas. You will supervise staff, ensure program quality, and maintain compliance with contractual requirements.

You will also oversee budgets and coordinate support services to deliver client-focused reentry programs. Join a team dedicated to evidence-based rehabilitation and work in a role with significant impact on outcomes and operations in our NM Recovery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or Criminal Justice
  • Five years of management experience or ten years in lieu of degree
  • Ability to use personal computers and software applications
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Supervises facility staff.
  • Ensures timely delivery and effectiveness of all clinical and assessment services.
  • Ensures effective integration of support services such as medical, food, vocational, facility programs, classification, family services, maintenance, security and education.
  • Inspects facility to ensure compliance with ACA, NCCHC and DOH standards, company policies and procedures and all contracting entities.
  • Prepares facility budgets and monitors income and expenditures.
  • Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of all facility-related reports.
  • Oversees the hiring, training and supervision of all facility employees and performs staff evaluations.
  • Acts as liaison with contracting agencies/funding sources and other entities such as local Community Corrections agencies.
  • Responds to non-routine resident request slips and official inquiries.
  • Seeks opportunities to enhance facility revenues.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
Summary

This position manages the daily operations of the facility including supervising and motivating employees and residents. It ensures the quality of programs and compliance with the Company and client contractual requirements. This position is also responsible for managing the facility's budget and the supervision of all staff.

This role provides leadership to the New Mexico Recovery Academies in both Albuquerque and Los Lunas.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervises facility staff.

  • Inspects facility to ensure compliance with ACA (American Correctional Association), NCCHC (National Commission on Correctional Health Care) and DOH (Department of Health) standards, company policies and procedures and all contracting entities.
  • Prepares facility budgets and monitors income and expenditures.
  • Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of al facility-related reports.
  • Oversees the hiring, training and supervision of all facility employees and performs staff evaluations.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or Criminal Justice plus five (5) years of experience in management OR ten (10) years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Ability to use personal computers and associated software applications.
  • Valid driver's license from the state in which the duties are performed.
