Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC. seeks a Facility Supervisor to lead staff and residents at an assigned site, ensuring adherence to contract requirements and GEO policies. You will supervise Business Office, Medical, Teachers, Storekeeper, and Kitchen staff, and perform internal audits while liaising with the client.

The role includes a sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement within GEO's correctional and reentry services network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or Criminal Justice with 5 years of management experience, or 10 years of management experience in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency with personal computers and standard software applications.
• Valid driver's license from the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including Business Office, Medical, Teachers, Storekeeper, and coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with company and client contractual requirements.
• Conduct internal audits to verify compliance.
• Oversee facility operations and staff training during orientation.

Responsibilities

Summary:

This position provides supervision and motivation to staff and residents within an assigned facility. Ensures facility compliance with Company and client contract requirements.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervises the Business Office staff, Medical staff, Teachers, Storekeeper, Facility Coordinator, Program Activities, Classification and Kitchen activities and staff.


• Ensures compliance all Company and client contractual requirements.


• Conducts internal audits to ensure compliance.


• Monitors facility activities and inspects for general adherence to established Company procedures, cleanliness, safety and security.


• Functions as Director when Director is absent/off premises.


• Conducts tours of the facility.


• Serves as member of QM Committee.


• Completes monthly reports.


• Functions as a liaison with the client at all times.


• Hires and manages work activities during 90-day orientation period for new hires within assigned departments and oversees staff training.


• Services on the training committee.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or Criminal Justice plus five (5) years of experience in management OR ten (10) years of experience in lieu of degree.


• Ability to use personal computers and associated software applications.


• Valid driver’s license from the state in which the duties are performed.
