Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC. is seeking a leader to manage daily operations for a facility in New Mexico, overseeing staff, program quality, and contractual compliance.

You will supervise clinical and support services, manage the facility budget, and ensure alignment with client requirements and industry standards. The role provides leadership for the New Mexico RecoveryAcademies in Albuquerque and Los Lunas, with opportunities to optimize operations and revenue opportunities within a correctional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Criminal Justice with five years of management experience, or ten years of management in lieu of degree.
• Ability to use personal computers and associated software applications.
• Valid driver’s license from the state where duties are performed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facility staff and oversee daily operations.
• Ensure timely delivery of clinical and assessment services.
• Monitor budgets and fiscal reporting for the facility.
• Maintain compliance with ACA, NCCHC and DOH standards and company policies.
• Hire, train and evaluate staff; liaise with contracting agencies.

Responsibilities

Summary

This position manages the daily operations of the facility including supervising and motivating employees and residents. It ensures the quality of programs and compliance with the Company and client contractual requirements. This position is also responsible for managing the facility’s budget and the supervision of all staff.

This role provides leadership to the New Mexico RecoveryAcademies in both Albuquerque and Los Lunas.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervises facility staff.
• Ensures timely delivery and effectiveness of all clinical and assessment services.
• Ensures effective integration of support services such as medical, food, vocational, facility programs, classification, family services, maintenance, security and education.
• Inspects facility to ensure compliance with ACA (American Correctional Association), NCCHC (National Commission on Correctional Health Care) and DOH (Department of Health) standards, company policies and procedures and all contracting entities.
• Prepares facility budgets and monitors income and expenditures.
• Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of al facility-related reports.
• Oversees the hiring, training and supervision of all facility employees and performs staff evaluations.
• Acts as liaison with contracting agencies/funding sources and other entities such as local Community Corrections agencies.
• Responds to non-routine resident request slips and official inquiries.
• Seeks opportunities to enhance facility revenues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or Criminal Justice plus five (5) years of experience in management OR ten (10) years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Ability to use personal computers and associated software applications.
• Valid driver’s license from the state in which the duties are performed.
