Job summary

Clean Harbors Kimball, NE seeks a Facility Coordinator to handle data entry for containerized waste shipping documents, including manifests, bills of lading and related QA/QC tasks. You will ensure accuracy for regulatory filing and support daily reporting from internal systems.

Shifts are 11 hours long, four days a week, with a starting wage of $20+ DOE per hour and weekly pay. A strong safety mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced team are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• DOT Training preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the top priority by following policies.
• Perform precise data entry and processing of shipping documents.
• QA/QC receiving reports for foreman, techs & chemists.
• Generate daily inventory reports from the database.
