EVAPCO is seeking a dedicated facilities Custodian to promote cleanliness and maintain essential facility fixtures. The role requires basic custodial experience, a high school diploma, and ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.

You will use Word/Excel and EVAPCO software, support production by timely upkeep, and communicate clearly with teammates and supervision. Primarily on-site in Greenup, IL, you will work Monday to Friday with possible weekend days, and participate in safety and

Qualifications

• 0 - 1 year of work experience in the custodial environment or equivalent work experience and education.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
• Reading and understanding engineering drawings and BOM’s required
• Use and understanding of various measuring devices, common to support the equipment used in our production processes.
• Has demonstrated the ability to recognize problems
• Can deal with conflict in a positive manner
• Word, Excel knowledge and ability to learn all EVAPCO software-based programs

Responsabilités

• Promote internal and external cleanliness of the facilities.
• Operate and document work orders using the CMMS system for sustainability of facility fixtures and structure.
• Ensure operation of lavatories, sinks, and water fountains as part of facilities maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and supervision regarding assignments and issues.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability; build a positive team environment.
