Job summary

Evapco is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve building systems and facility infrastructure. You will perform preventative maintenance and respond to maintenance requests while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will document work orders, communicate with customers and team members, and support facility projects. The ideal candidate has 0–1 year in maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and basic CMMS/Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• 0 - 1 year of work experience in the maintenance environment or equivalent work experience and education.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
• Reading and understanding engineering drawings and BOMs required
• Use and understanding of various measuring devices, common to support the equipment used in our production processes.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CMMS systems desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve building systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to maintenance requests.
• Document work orders with required information for asset reliability.
• Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and supervision.
