Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking a dedicated Custodian to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of our Fort Wayne facilities. The role involves daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, and common areas, with duties including floor care, trash removal, and supply restocking.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, able to work independently, and follow safety procedures while supporting meetings and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and understand English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior custodial/janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily custodial cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, entryways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and vacuum floors throughout facilities.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, sinks, toilets, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Empty trash, recycle, and maintain supply levels.
• Dust furniture, vents, ledges, and equipment; clean windows and glass surfaces.
• Assist with setup/cleanup for meetings and events; report safety concerns.
