Qualifications

• 0+ years custodial or facilities maintenance experience; any combination acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, corridors, stairways, and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces using appropriate tools and materials.
• Remove trash and debris and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Restock cleaning and restroom supplies; maintain organized storage.
• Operate basic cleaning equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
