Job summary

A&A Maintenance Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a reliable facilities cleaner to perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks across diverse client sites in Portland.

Responsibilities include restroom service, floor care, window cleaning, and enforcing safety protocols to protect occupants and property. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to chemical safety procedures, and the ability to work independently on a variety of spaces from laboratories to offices.

Qualifications

• Monitor building security and safety by tasks such as locking doors after hours and checking electrical appliance use.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with cleaners, sponges and squeegees.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervisar la seguridad y protección del edificio realizando tareas tales como cerrar las puertas con llave después de horas y verificar el uso de los aparatos eléctricos para asegurarse de que no se creen peligros.
• Servicio, limpieza y suministro de baños.
• Recoger y vaciar la basura.

• Limpiar y pulir muebles y enseres.
• Quitar el polvo de muebles, paredes, máquinas y equipos.
