Responsibilities

• Performs daily cleaning and sanitation of offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes, and maintains hard-surface floors with appropriate equipment.
• Vacuums and spot-cleans carpeted areas; cleans high-touch surfaces and fixtures.
• Collects and disposes of trash and recyclables according to procedures.
• Restocks custodial supplies and reports shortages to supervision.
• Operates custodial equipment such as vacuums, floor machines, and extractors.
• Assists with preparation for meetings, events, and inspections.
• Identifies and reports maintenance issues and safety hazards.
