Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs basic custodial, building or grounds maintenance tasks.
• Assists with trash collection, mowing, cleaning restrooms, and general labor duties.
• Operates light equipment and handles simple repairs under supervision.
• Notifies supervisors of facility or equipment repairs needed.
• Assists in routine grounds maintenance and inventory monitoring.
• Performs other similar duties as assigned.
