Job summary

Expert Technology Services in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Custodial Worker to maintain clean, safe state facilities by performing routine and deep cleaning tasks across offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. You will sweep, mop, vacuum, strip and wax floors as needed, restock supplies, operate vacuums and floor machines, and help with event setups while following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary state facilities by performing routine and deep cleaning tasks.
• Clean and disinfect offices, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, entrances, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and care for floors and carpets, including stripping and waxing as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling bins; dispose of waste in accordance with procedures.
• Restock custodial and restroom supplies regularly.
• Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, furniture, glass, and fixtures.
• Operate custodial equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and floor machines.
• Assist with event and meeting room setups as required.
• Report any maintenance, safety, or equipment issues promptly.
• Adhere to established safety, chemical handling, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
• Work independently with strong attention to detail in both indoor and outdoor environments.
