Job summary

IntegriWard, LLC seeks a reliable janitor/custodian to perform cleaning duties in accordance with contract requirements. The role covers floors, restrooms, windows, and waste management three days per week—Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of janitorial experience, knowledge of standard methods, and the ability to operate required equipment following OSHA guidelines. A valid driver’s license and background screening are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of janitor or custodian experience.
• Knowledge of standard janitorial methods in industrial/commercial environments.
• Ability to operate janitorial equipment per government standards.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, windows and waste disposal.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, wax and annual rug cleaning.
• Empty trash and replace liners; dispose of trash.
• Disinfect restroom fixtures and surfaces; stock restrooms with consumables.
• Dust and clean furniture, windowsills, ledges, and office equipment.
• Clean walls, baseboards, doors, and fixtures; wipe windows.
