Job summary

Pilot Company in Virginia is seeking a Facility Services team member to help maintain a clean, welcoming travel center environment. You will be responsible for cleanliness, shower and restroom upkeep, and everyday facility maintenance to ensure a positive guest experience.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays, and a strong teamwork mindset. We offer a supportive environment with regular shifts at our travel center locations.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and dispose of all trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
