Job summary

Pilotcompany is seeking a dedicated facility Associate at our travel center in Virginia to maintain clean facilities and support guest satisfaction. You will perform daily cleaning of the store, showers, and restrooms, handle towel washing and loading, and assist with basic repairs to keep the site inviting.

This role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays, and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and dispose of all trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
