Job summary

Pilotcompany is seeking a maintenance associate to keep the travel center clean and welcoming. Responsibilities include cleaning the store, showers, and restrooms, handling towels, and performing basic repairs.

You will also manage trash and ensure facilities are well-maintained to deliver excellent guest service. The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and dispose of all trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
