SaddleBrooke Two is seeking a reliable general labor and cleaning associate to maintain clubhouses, arts centers, and tennis courts. Responsibilities include dusting, washing, mopping, and stocking restrooms across HOA properties. Overtime may be required as needed.

Role offers flexible scheduling and access to community amenities. Prior experience is helpful but not required, and a valid AZ Driver’s License is required.

• Must have a valid AZ Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Good attention to detail is required.

• Perform general cleaning tasks in clubhouses, sports amenities, and other HOA properties as assigned.
• Dust and polish furniture, clean windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Sweep, scrub, and wax floors; vacuum drapes and carpets; restock restrooms.

PURPOSE OF POSITION /SUMMARY

This position performs general labor and cleaning tasks associated with clubhouses, arts and crafts centers along with tennis courts. General tasks may include: dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures; washing windows and counters, walls, ceilings, and woodwork; sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing floors; cleaning and vacuuming drapes, furniture, and carpeting; re-stocking restroom facilities, changing linens, trash collection/emptying and other general housekeeping duties as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned. Occasionally mandatory overtime.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Performs general cleaning tasks, as directed, which may be inside or outside of all common area HOA properties, including restroom areas, such as clubhouses, grilles, all sports amenities, fitness centers, patios and any other amenities.

Requirements

• Must have a valid AZ Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Have good attention to detail.
• Some experience would be helpful but not required.
