Responsibilities include cleaning all rooms and surfaces, handling waste, stocking supplies, and reporting low inventory.

Qualifications

• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Ability to successfully pass background screening and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, kitchenettes, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, gym, and other work areas at Zoot-owned properties.
• Wash tables and surfaces in rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, kitchenettes, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, other work areas, and coffee bar.
• Sweep, scrub, and polish floor and lobby staircase.
• Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, trim, metalwork, and stainless surfaces.
• Dust and polish furniture, windowsills, woodwork, and cubicle surfaces.
• Wash walls, restroom stalls, and locker room and restroom floors.
• Wash windows, glass doors, door panels, and sills.
• Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays; transport trash to disposal area.
• Replenish restroom and kitchenette supplies.
• Wash, dry, and fold laundry for custodial and kitchen staff.
• Maintain accurate reporting of low inventory to ensure supplies remain in stock.
