Job summary

Accessible Space Inc. is seeking a part-time Property Caretaker / Maintenance person for our apartment building in Bozeman, MT. You will maintain a clean and safe environment and perform minor building and unit maintenance repairs, including duties related to unit turnovers.

Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm. The role requires one year of maintenance experience, the ability to work independently, and strong written and verbal communication to interact with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs.
• Work independently.
• Effective communicate orally and in writing.
• Ability to interact with individuals.
• Availability Monday–Friday 7am–6pm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
• Do all duties related to unit turnovers
• Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
• Implement required unit and building inspections
• Perform routine errands
• Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work
