Job summary

Verde is seeking a dependable Custodian in Missouri to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. The role includes housekeeping duties, restocking supplies, floor care, and ensuring safety and courteous service for staff and visitors.

The position offers a schedule of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights (6pm–6:30am) and a $17/hour pay rate, plus a limited-time $200 sign-on bonus after 45 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least one year of janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Ability to use cleaning equipment and knowledge of safety protocols. Must be able to work independently and interact courteously with others.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and wipe surfaces; clean and disinfect restrooms.
• Restocking supplies: Keep restrooms stocked with toilet paper, soap, and towels; monitor supplies.
• Floor care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Safety & security: Identify hazards and report them to the supervisor; maintain a safe environment.
• Customer service: Provide courteous, helpful assistance to staff and visitors.
