Job summary

City of Farmington Hills is seeking a skilled team lead to supervise part-time building assistants. You will report to the Facility Supervisor and help coordinate staff and duties to keep facilities safe and welcoming.

Responsibilities include scheduling, event setup and teardown, guiding patrons, enforcing rules, maintaining reports, and assisting with tours and maintenance tasks. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and flexibility for nights and weekends.

• Previous work experience in customer service, custodial, or facilities preferred.

• Assists with tours, cleaning, and other facility tasks as needed.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION, SPECIAL SKILLS & TRAINING

• Must be 21 years or older.


• CPR/First Aid/AED.


• Training provided.

START DATE & WORK SCHEDULE

• ASAP


• 30 hours per week maximum, consistent schedule.


• Shifts include nights and some weekends.
