Job summary

Complete Care is hiring a Facility Maintenance & Construction Technician to maintain and improve clinic environments. You will perform repairs, support renovations, and ensure safe, welcoming spaces for patients and staff.

The role covers routine inspections, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and coordinating with contractors. Strong problem solving and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining clinical or healthcare facilities preferred.
• Ability to perform carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical and HVAC tasks.
• Capability to manage maintenance records and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance across facilities.
• Complete repairs to carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, windows and ceilings.
• Assist with construction, renovations and facility improvements.
• Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems or coordinate with licensed contractors.
• Install furniture, fixtures and equipment; respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain safety and compliance with OSHA, ADA and building codes.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and support vendors during projects.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance across Complete Care facilities.
• Complete repairs involving carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, windows, ceilings, and general building maintenance.
• Assist with construction, remodeling, renovation, and facility improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems or coordinate with licensed contractors when necessary.
• Install furniture, fixtures, equipment, and other building components.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility emergencies to minimize disruptions to patient care and business operations.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Support vendors and contractors during facility improvement projects.
• Ensure facilities remain compliant with OSHA standards, ADA requirements, local building codes, and company safety policies.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections, and work order documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve facility operations, safety, efficiency, and the overall patient experience.
