PPL Corporation's Louisville market facilities group seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead building construction, renovations and office space planning. You will own the project life cycle from scoping through closeout for a high‑impact portfolio.

You will coordinate internal teams and contractors, manage budgets and schedules, assuring regulatory compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership, communication and risk management skills are essential.

Formación

• 4+ years of project management, building engineering and construction experience.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations for major design/construction projects.
• Experience with project management control programs.
• Experience with budgeting and scheduling software.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Be knowledgeable of and follow all Company safety rules, procedures, and practices.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, managing, and implementing all work for assigned project portfolio through the project life cycle.
• Work with internal end-users to develop project scopes of work and leverage resources to manage defined scopes within schedules.
• Manages and monitors contractor performance and output.
• Proactively identify risk and mitigation plans, monitor project status, and coordinate corrective action.
• Assists with training of other levels of job family.
• Ensures budget compliance by using cost-effective designs and careful review of costs.
• Leads and coordinates post-project review meetings and activities for project quality review and closure.
