Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in facility assessment or related field.
• Demonstrated on-the-job experience or formal trade school education in building and mechanical systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an inventory of client facilities categorizing building components.
• Perform assessments of facilities using expertise to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Document findings with computer tablets and cameras.
