Turner & Townsend is seeking a Facility Condition Assessment Consultant – Electrical Surveyor to perform condition assessments of building systems with a focus on electrical and low voltage. Travel with a team to inspect diverse facilities, from hospitals to airports.
You will review drawings and reports, conduct visual inspections, document findings with tablets, and develop replacement cost estimates using RSMeans and our cost libraries.

The Facilities Assessment Consultant performs condition assessments of building systems, equipment, and supporting site infrastructure, with a primary focus on electrical and low voltage systems. This role involves traveling with a team of professional assessors to inspect a wide variety of facility types, ranging from manufacturing and hospitals to airports, laboratories, and commercial buildings.
