Turner & Townsend is seeking a Facility Condition Assessment Consultant – Electrical Surveyor to lead inspections and document findings for diverse facilities across the United States.
The role requires knowledge of electrical systems, cost estimation, and strong communication. Travel will be heavy (50-70%), with a focus on delivering accurate condition assessments and lifecycle recommendations.

The Facilities Assessment Consultant performs condition assessments of building systems, equipment, and supporting site infrastructure, with a primary focus onelectrical and low voltage systems. This role involves traveling with a team of professional assessors to inspect a wide variety of facility types, ranging from manufacturing and hospitals to airports, laboratories, and commercial buildings.
