Job summary

ISI is searching for a reliable FCL Specialist in Reston, Virginia, to support the FCL Team in a collaborative environment. This individual will onboard new clients for managed security services, ensuring compliance with U.S. DoD security requirements.

The successful candidate should possess strong organizational skills, a high attention to detail, and a minimum of two years of administrative experience. ISI offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $60,000, along with a friendly work environment and growth support.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years administrative experience; security experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a minimum of a Secret clearance.
• Must quickly grasp policies and procedures during on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Support security functions per NISPOM Rule and regulations.
• Assist clients with Facility Clearance Sponsorship Process.
• Create company policies and briefings and upload documents into Sec-Con.
