Job summary

Industrial Security Integrators, LLC (ISI) seeks a Facilities Specialist – Industrial Security to run facility-level security operations under the NISP framework. You will handle FCL management, DD Form 254 processing, safeguarding programs, and NISS system actions to keep clients audit-ready.

The role emphasizes client-facing support, compliance maintenance, and collaboration with PMO/Compliance teams; a Secret clearance is required and a hybrid work schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain/maintain secret clearance.
• At least two years in administrative, help desk, personnel security, industrial security, or related fields.
• Experience supporting facility security programs and familiarity with NISPOM and FCL requirements.
• Proficiency with ticketing and service management platforms to track requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage FCL lifecycle actions, ownership changes, safeguarding changes, and change condition packages.
• Maintain accurate facility records in NISS reflecting ownership and organizational changes.
• Prepare DD Form 254s and ensure correct security classifications.
• Guide clients on safeguarding requirements and document control programs for classified materials.
• Investigate security issues, conduct AI inquiries, and support risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with DCSA for facility-related assessments and site visits.
• Support onboarding of new facilities into compliance programs.
