Job summary

Lensing Building Specialties in Evansville, IN is seeking a reliable Facility Cleaning Specialist to maintain clean, sanitary, and orderly work environments at assigned locations. You will clean offices, kitchens, breakrooms, restrooms, monitor supplies, and perform minor upkeep.

Schedule is part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday with flexible hours between 7:30am and 4:30pm, keeping the same schedule each week.

Position Overview

The Facility Cleaning Specialist maintains clean, sanitary, and orderly work environments at assigned Lensing locations. Duties include cleaning offices, kitchens, breakrooms, restrooms, and other designated areas; monitoring supplies; and performing minor upkeep.

Schedule: Part-time, 20hrs/week, Monday-Friday. Pick your own hours between 7:30am-4:30pm - just keep the same schedule every week.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine and periodic deep cleaning of offices, kitchens, breakrooms, restrooms, and other designated areas at assigned locations.
• Complete assigned cleaning schedules and assist at other Lensing facilities as needed.
• Perform minor upkeep, such as replacing accessible water filters and light bulbs, when safe and within assigned duties.
• Monitor cleaning products, paper goods, and other facility supplies.
• Request replenishment or replacement of supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Report damaged or malfunctioning appliances, equipment, and facility conditions, and request repair or replacement as needed.
