Job summary

Event Source is seeking a reliable Facility Cleaning Specialist to maintain a clean, safe environment across the warehouse, Design Center, and common areas. You will follow CART values and perform daily sanitation, restocking, and basic upkeep.

This role requires English fluency, a HS diploma, and the ability to pass PI assessment, background check, and drug screen. Prior janitorial experience is welcome but not required, with pay between $17 and $18 per hour.

Job description

The Facility Cleaning Specialist is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment, including bathrooms, lunchrooms, Design Center, and common areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize six bathrooms daily.
• Clean and maintain two lunchrooms, including tables, countertops, sinks, microwaves, and refrigerators.
• Keep the Design Center clean, organized, and presentable for clients and visitors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas.
• Replenish restroom and lunchroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces as needed.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and notify management of needed repairs or supplies.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with additional cleaning and housekeeping tasks as assigned.

Work Conditions

• Work is primarily performed in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and occasional outdoor exposure.
• Regular exposure to cleaning chemicals and related products.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical activities, including bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 30 pounds.

Schedule and Compensation

• Shift times/schedule will be determined collaboratively with leadership.
• Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour.
