Job summary

Polaris Healthcare seeks a dedicated cleaner for a brand new 5 Star Assisted Living Facility in New York. The role focuses on day-to-day cleaning and upkeep of all common areas including lobby, hallways, restrooms, and more. 90% cleaning duties and 10% light maintenance.

Must handle cleaning supplies, waste disposal, and maintain sanitary standards. Experience is preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains pristine cleanliness of front lobby, hallways, restrooms, and other common areas.
• Maintains common area floors including washing, vacuuming, and cleaning tile grout.
• Cleans walls, windows, and doors; maintains lighting and changes bulbs as needed.
• Maintains sanitary supply levels for assigned areas.
• Empties trash receptacles and transports trash to disposal area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• 90% of job will be dedicated to Cleaning duties and 10% dedicated to light maintenance duties.
