Qualificações

• Hands-on handyman with maintenance/environmental services experience.
• Floor maintenance experience helpful (waxing, stripping, buffing).
• Enjoyment in working with older adults.
• Reliable transportation and dependable.
• Willing to perform additional tasks as assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Remove and dispose of trash from hallways and common areas.
• Buff hallway, dining room, and common area floors.
• Wax, strip, and buff tile floors in hallways and common areas.
• Maintain neat interiors and exteriors of the buildings.
• Sweep sidewalks and driveways; snow removal when needed.
• Store cleaning supplies safely and properly.
• Report concerns about residents' well-being to Case Manager or Administrator.
• Repair equipment or requisition needed services to repair equipment.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor.
