Qualifications

• Read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must pass background check and screening as required by contract.

Responsibilities

• Use cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and buffers.
• Clean and maintain indoor/outdoor restrooms and common areas.
• Empty trash, replace liners, and maintain cleanliness to standard.
• Move furniture and set up meeting rooms as needed.
• Identify safety hazards and follow safety rules.
• Document inspections and routine maintenance.
