Pilot Company is hiring for a Facility Services position focused on keeping our travel center clean and welcoming. Responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, cleaning showers and restrooms, handling towels, basic maintenance, and trash collection to ensure guest-ready facilities.

This role supports great guest service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment; lifting up to 50 pounds and flexible scheduling are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
