Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a Facility Services role at our travel center. The position emphasizes cleanliness, guest service, and maintenance of showers, restrooms, and common areas. You will help keep facilities in top condition while supporting a fast, guest-focused environment.

Qualified candidates are expected to lift up to 50 pounds, work a flexible schedule, and enjoy weekly pay plus a benefits package including health options and PTO. Previous experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall store cleanliness.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Take out all trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
